Please note, as a fully volunteer-run organization, the growth in popularity of our events, increased overall participation, and the need to provide accurate player count and pairings to our host courses, we have implemented the following policies...

• Player withdraws before the entry deadline - 100% refund.
• Player withdraws after the entry deadline - no refund, unless:

                       - Player submits documentation from a medical professional certifying the

                          need to withdraw from the competition within 7 days of the completion of 

                          the event.  

                       - Upon satisfying this requirement the portion of the entry fee covering the 

                          golf course cost will be refunded. (Varies based on event and venue.)

• All entry deadlines are 8:00pm the Tuesday preceding the tournament, or once the field is filled in limited field events.  No exceptions. 
• (Some events may have a separate deadline contained within it's description on the tournaments page.)

• If a round of a tournament is rained out or cancelled due to weather or unplayable course conditions, we will make every effort to conduct the event over as many holes as possible; however any credit or rain checks for unplayed rounds will not be distributed.
